Apapun opsi yg kini diupayakan, GIA tdk boleh mati n hrs (sy tulis dgn huruf bsr) DIKUASAI NEGARA.

Berikut 4 alasannya:

#1. NATIONAL PRIDE
Selama 70 tahun sbg flagship carrier GIA sdh mjdi KEBANGGAAN n bhkan IDENTITAS nasional Ind.

Jgn lupa, sblum pandemi GIA adl langganan maskapai terbaik dunia (kategori cabin crew, Skytrax) yg membanggakan bgsa. Identitas GIA yg sarat KEINDONESIAAN jg mjd sumber kebanggaan setiap anak negeri.

#2. HISTORIS
Kelahiran GIA tak lepas dr prjuangan melahirkan negeri ini. Bg Soekarno pendirian GIA adl “landmark” utk membangun KONFIDEN bgsa yg kala itu baru merdeka.

Sumbangan emas masy Aceh utk pendirian GIA adl simbol dr NIAT TULUS, SEMANGAT MEMBARA, n KEBULATAN TEKAD seluruh etnis, golongan, agama kala itu utk mewujudkan NKRI (hati sy bergetar menulis penggal kalimat ini).

Selama 70 thn GIA selalu mengusung budaya, identitas, layanan (“GIA Experience”) berkonsep NUSANTARA (Ind hospitality, keanekaragaman budaya dr Sabang-Merauke dst).

Identitas KEINDONESIAAN ini dibawa melalangbuana ke seluruh dunia dlm tiap prjlnannya 70 thn shg GIA mjd “BILLBOARD BERGERAK” n senjata SOFT POWER (“Diplomasi Budaya Nusantara”) yg impactful.

GIA mjd WAJAH INDONESIA di luar negeri.

#4. UNITE THE NATION
Jgn lupa, Ind adl neg dgn 13 ribu pulau, dmn konektivitas udara utk mghubungkan pulau2 di Nusantara mjd kpntingan strategis bgsa.

Hanya GIA-Citilink (sejauh msh dimiliki negara) yg mau n mampu mengemban misi PENYATUAN NKRI ini. Mana mau maskapai swasta n asing menerbangi jalur2 perintis, krn motif mrk profit.

Satu lg, GIA tak boleh dilego ke asing.

Why? Krn GIA tak sekedar entitas bisnis, tp membawa misi KEMANDIRIAN ekonomi bgsa n keberpihakan kpd MERAH PUTIH.

Dgn 4 alasan di atas bkn berarti sy rela GIA dikelola sembarangan: penunjukkan BOD/Komisaris ngawur, sarang KKN, mjd ATM partai, dst. GIA mutlak hrs dikelola dg governance yg ekselen.
