Tetapi bagi perusahaan bermodal kecil, untuk mengubah model bisnis dan harus membeli bahan baku baru, susah untuk bergerak super cepat dan terukur…bisa-bisa malah kolaps. Namun ada contoh bagus. Karena dilarang mudik, beberapa pedagang Warteg menjajakan nasi rames Rp. 15-20 ribu per bungkus keliling komplek dan laku keras (karena PRT pulang kampung). Mereka bukan konglomerat, mereka kelas bawah – tapi mampu berpikir ala AGILITY

Setuju. kelincahan dan keandalan untuk berubah ini amat penting. Khusus untuk frozen food sekarang memang semakin naik daun. Banyak yang berlomba-lomba membuka bisnis di bidang tsb. Baik oleh pemain lama ataupun pemain baru yang baru mau masuk.
