Operasi sebuah toko online (online shop) tentu tak akan bisa lepas dari aspek logistik dan pengiriman barang ke konsumen (biasa disebut: supply-chain management). Ketika konsumen telah memesan produk melalui toko online Anda, maka pesanan tersebut akan dieksekusi melalui serangkaian proses (supply-chain process) yg kemudian berujung pada pengiriman barang (delivery) ke alamat konsumen.

Kelas Inspirasi JNE, Feb 2016

Challenge-nya adalah bagaimana rangkaian proses dari order hingga delivery tersebut bisa dilaksanakan secara efektif, efisien, dan menghasilkan kepuasan tertinggi bagi konsumen. Nah, di sinilah para UKMers pemilik toko online WAJIB belajar supply chain management untuk meningkatkan kinerja tokonya. Di samping knowledge sharing, nanti kita akan ada networking session untuk kemungkinan kerjasama kolektif UKM dengan JNE.

Untuk itu Komunitas Memberi mengajak teman-teman UKMers berkunjung ke JNE Logistics, sekaligus menggelar #kelasInspirasi pada:

Tema: “Understanding Logistic/Delivery Management for Online Shop Owner”
