“Kopi adalah salah satu produk paling kompleks untuk bisa menjadi yang terbaik dihidangkan di meja,” ujar Priyantono Rudito, Direktur Human Capital Management (HCM) PT.Telkom. Ya, karena kopi memiliki banyak ragam dan rasa. Untuk menjadikannya the best coffee diperlukan tahapan-tahapan kompleks untuk mengolah dan meraciknya dari dipetik di kebun hingga terhidang di meja kafe atau ruang tamu kita. Kepiawaian dalam mengolah dan meracik kopi inilah yang menjadikan secangkir kopi bisa cuma dihargai Rp.4000 tapi bisa juga berharga Rp.40.000, bahkan ratusan ribu.

Menurut penyandang gelar barista (peracik kopi) internasional sekaligus PhD marketing jebolan RMIT University Australia ini, Indonesia adalah salah satu pemilik biji kopi terbaik di dunia mulai dari kopi lampung, Toraja, Ungaran, Medan, hingga Aceh.  Karena kenyataan ini, membranding kopi lokal menjadi sangat strategis bagi Indonesia. Kalau biji kopi unggul Indonesia tersebut bisa diolah dan diracik dengan teknik canggih menjadi latte, cappucinno, atau espresso bercitra global dan kemudian dibranding secara modern, maka secangkir kopi kita bisa laku puluhan bahkan ratusan ribu di pasar.

Nah, temen-temen Komunitas Memberi, kali ini kita akan mendapat berkah ilmu dari pak Pri yang pakar kopi sekaligus pakar marketing. Ia akan memberikan pencerahan dalam #KelasInspirasi kita mengenai bagaimana membranding kopi lokal kita agar memiliki daya saing di kancah global. Temen-temen wirausahawan UKM yang bergerak di bidang perkopian harus ikutan. Acaranya dilaksanakan:
