gan, sy lg mo nyusun skripsi, tp jd bngung sndiri mrangkai puzzle2 yg d ketemukan ga sngaja ini, biar bsa d wujudin jd satu judul skripsi n ktmu krangka konseptual nya, ini urutan kjadiannya :

1. 2009an beli bku agan CROWD

2. 2011 join di facebook yamaha, pdhal bkn pngguna yamaha, ada kuis wktu itu wajib ng LIKE fanpagenya

3. kok jd inget buku CROWD wktu ngrasain hri2 brsama update status FB dr yamaha

4. jd kpikiran web 2.o yamaha utk diangkat jd tema skripsi

5. gali,gali, gali trnyata yamaha menang pnghrgaan best website Digital Marketing Award 2010 kmaren, pnghargaan dr majalah marketing klo g salah CMIIW. kriteria pnilaian Content, Context, Cuztomization, Connection, Community dan Commerce.
